Custom voxels can be used in the Sandpit, the Bunker or in a metaverse.
1) Open the building menu by pushing 'R' on the keyboard and activate Build Mode.
2) Go to Blocks and select to Create New Pack.
3) Name the Voxel Material Pack.
4) Go to the newly created voxel pack and click Create Block.
5) Name your texture and upload the file(s). The perfect file size is 512x512, alternatively, the uploaded file will automatically adjust to fit the voxel block.
a) Fluid: Select to tick the Fluid box if your texture is fluid eg. water
b) Albedo File: Base color focus, used for most voxel files.
c) Bump File: Will 'fake' extra detail without having to add more geometry to a model.
d) Transparency: If your texture is transparent, select the tick block and adjust the opacity to suit your preference.
Each of these textures will be used by the PBR rendering, and it will affect the lighting.
The file will automatically load to give a Block Preview. Click and rotate the voxel to get a preview.
6) Click to Create the Voxel. The newly created voxel will appear in the Voxel Pack that you created in step 3.
7) To use the newly created voxel, select it and exit out of the build menu. Right-click to place the voxel in the Metaverse.
