# How to Transfer or List a Land Unit on Magic Eden
Whether you’re handing over a Land Unit to another wallet or listing it for sale on Magic Eden, follow these simple steps.
✅ 1. Go to Metaverse Settings and Open Land Economy
To begin:
* Click Settings in the left-hand menu of your Metaverse dashboard.
* Find the world containing the land unit you want to manage.
* Click the three dots on the world card and select Go to Land Economy.
✅ 2. Select the Land Unit You Want to Transfer or Sell
In the Land Economy view:
* Click on the specific land unit you wish to manage.
* The selected tile will be highlighted, and its details will appear on the right-hand panel.
⚠️ Important:\
You can only transfer or list land units you currently own. If the land has already been transferred to another wallet, these options will no longer be available.
✅ Once confirmed, click “View On Magic Eden” to proceed.
✅ 3. Magic Eden NFT Details View
After clicking “View on Magic Eden,” you’ll land directly on the NFT details page of your land unit.
Here, you’ll see two key options:
* List – to set a price and list your land for sale on the marketplace.
* Transfer – to send the land unit to another Solana wallet address.
🎯 You’re now ready to manage your land on Magic Eden.
✅ 4. Transfer the Land Unit
To transfer your land unit to another wallet:
1. Click the Transfer button.
2. Enter the recipient's Solana wallet address or SNS name.
3. Click Transfer Item.
👉 Your wallet will prompt you to approve the transaction. Confirm to complete the transfer.
⚠️ Once transferred, you’ll no longer be able to manage or list this land unit. Only the new wallet owner will have control.
✅ 5. List the Land Unit for Sale
To list your land unit:
1. Click the List button.
2. Enter your desired sale price in SOL.
3. Click List for X SOL to trigger the transaction.
👉 Your wallet will prompt you to confirm the listing. After approval, the land unit will be live on Magic Eden for purchase by anyone.
⚠️ Once listed, you can cancel or update the price anytime—just revisit the item on Magic Eden.
✅ 6. Bulk List All Land Units
To list multiple land units at once, start by navigating to the full collection view.
👉 Click the collection name (e.g., “The Space Maze”).\
This opens the entire collection, where you’ll be able to manage listings in bulk.
✅ 7. Click on “My Items”
Once you’re on the collection page:
👉 Click My Items at the top of the collection to filter and display only the land units you own.
This allows you to bulk-manage your assets for listing.
✅ 8. Select Multiple Land Units for Bulk Listing
👉 Hover over a land unit you want to list.\
👉 Click the “+” icon in the top left corner of the card to select it.\
Repeat this step to select all the land units you want to include in your listing pool.
✅ 9. List Multiple Land Units
Once you’ve selected all desired land units:
👉 Use the range selector at the bottom to select all items on the page (or adjust manually).
✅ 10. Set Your Price and Confirm the Listing
A pop-up will appear showing the number of selected items.\
👉 Set the price (in SOL) for each land unit.
✅ 11. Set Prices for Bulk Listing
You now have two options:
* 👉 Fill the top field to list all selected land units at the same price.
* 📝 Or manually enter a different price per unit below if you want to customize pricing.
Once ready, click “List X Items” to proceed.
⚠️ Don’t forget to confirm the transaction in your connected wallet to complete the listing.
🎉 That’s it! All your land units are now listed on Magic Eden.
