BitCountry Humanity Score
The Humanity Score is a unique feature in BitCountry designed to prevent Sybil attacks and ensure genuine user participation in quests.
Users need to connect multiple applications and wallets to their profiles. Based on the quality, age, and experience in these applications, they earn a score.
Quest creators can set a minimum Humanity Score requirement for participants to join their quests, ensuring higher security, engagement, and a fair reward distribution model.
Quest participants can increase their Humanity Score by performing various activities. Each activity contributes differently to the overall score.
Here are the main activities that users can perform to increase your Humanity Score:
1. Connect BitAvatar
BitAvatar being MNet's Identity and Passport, will play a key role in the humanity score to participate in quests and activities.
Follow the steps below to Connect BitAvatar with BitCountry
Click on the green BitAvatar icon
Click on the "Authorize" button to proceed. (If you haven't created a BitAvatar identity yet, visit https://bitavatar.io and mint your BitAvatar identity on your preferred ecosystem)
2. Connect Social Media Accounts
Verifying your social media accounts demonstrates an established online presence and contributes to your Human Score.
Activities Include:
Connect and Verify Your Discord Account: +5 points
Connect and Verify Your Twitter Account: +5 points
Connect and Verify Your Telegram Account: +5 points
Connect and Verify Your GitHub Account: (Coming soon)
Connect and Verify Your LinkedIn Account: (Coming soon)
To connect each of the available Social Media Accounts, simply click on the "Connect" on each of the apps and proceed with the steps the wizard provides you to finalize the verification.
To Connect Discord:
Under Social, go to the Discord logo, connect and verify your Discord account, and click Connect. Please see image sample.
The page will open to an external application stating: "Bit.Country Verification BOT wants to access your Discord account." Click Authorize.
Upon successful authorization, a pop-up message will appear.
In case of an error, you can click the Disconnect button. Upon successful disconnection, a pop-up message will appear.
To Connect Twiiter/ X:
Under Social, go to the Twitter/ X logo, connect and verify your Twitter/ X account, and click Connect. Please see image sample.
The page will open to an external application stating: "Bit.Country Pioneer App wants to access your X account." Click Authorize app.
Upon successful authorization, a pop-up message will appear.
In case of an error, you can click the Disconnect button. Upon successful disconnection, a pop-up message will appear.
To Connect Telegram:
Under Social, go to the Telegram logo, connect and verify your Telegram account, and click Connect. Please see image sample.
An external application will state:
"Log in to use your Telegram account with pioneer.bit.country and BC Quest Bot."
Please enter your phone number in the international format, and we will send a confirmation message to your account via Telegram.
Input your number. A Telegram message will pop up: Click Confirm.
Upon successful authorization, a pop-up message will appear.
In case of an error, you can click the Disconnect button. Upon successful disconnection, a pop-up message will appear.
3. Connect Wallets
Linking your cryptocurrency wallet helps verify your on-chain activity as well as helping you increase your Humanity score, especially if one of the secondary wallets connected has a higher Gitcoin Passport score than the main wallet connected to BitCountry
4. Additional Verifications
Other forms of verification can enhance your Human Score substantially, especially if you have a high humanity score in such applications.
