Odyssey Exclusive NFT Key Troubleshoot

We have received reports from users having issues connecting specific wallets to pioneer.bit.country. We've been investigating, and the reasons we've found so far are:
Users have enabled an auto-translate or translate tool on pioneer.bit.country website, the translations seem to translate not only text but also cause issues with the signatures of the wallet when trying to connect.
Wallet addresses were generated using different derivation paths than the default recommended. As the wallet uses a different derivation path, the signature of the wallet trying to connect to our app is not recognized. Wallet UIs that we have detected having this issue are
Ledger
Clover
Sporran
Custom wallet addresses generated using the Vanity Generation tool inside Polkadot.js.org/apps
If you want to check if your Odyssey Key NFT is in your wallet, but you keep receiving an error message like "error while processing request" every time you visit our page, we advise you to transfer the NFT Key out of the wallet you are having issues with. Please follow the instructions below to learn how to transfer NFTs out of the wallet without connecting your wallet pioneer.bit.country and how to transfer it to your preferred wallet.
First install Subwallet and import the wallet you used during the Odyssey event.
Go to https://subwallet.app/download.html to download SubWallet extension.
Click on the Subwallet extension and click “Import account from pre-existing seed”.
Import your wallet’s seed phrase and proceed to the next step.
4. Set a password and proceed to the next step.
5. In ‘Network Selection’, look for ‘Pioneer Network’.
6. Click ‘Pioneer Network’ and click ‘NFT’ and choose Odyssey Key NFT from your collection .
7. To transfer your NFT to a different wallet, click on the NFT you want to transfer and click ‘Send’.
8. Enter the wallet address to which you want your NFT to be transferred and click ‘Send’.
9. To proceed with the transfer, enter your password and click 'confirm'. Everything should be fine after the transaction is completed. (note that transaction fees need to be paid to transfer the NFT out of the wallet, so you may need to fund your wallet with at least 0.16 $NEER per NFT you want to transfer out).
