Wallet Connection Troubleshooting

If you are having troubling connecting your Polkadot.js wallet to our platform here are a couple of suggestions. Start by making sure that you are using the latest version of the Polkadot.js and Bit.Country application:

1) Check that your Polkadot.js browser metadata is up-to-date.

If not, click to update metadata and then hard refresh the page with Shift+Ctrl +r on a PC or Shift+fn+r on a Mac.

2) Check that you have authorised your Polkadot.js wallet to access pioneer.bit.country

i) Click on setting in your polkadot.js wallet extension.

ii) Go to Manage Website Access and make sure that you have allowed access.

iii) Hard refresh the page with Shift + Ctrl +r on a PC or Shift + fn + r on a Mac.

3) Clear you cache data and hard refresh.

i) Open your controls inspect menu by pushing Shift + Ctrl + i on a PC or Shift + fn + i on a Mac.

ii) In the top menu go to Application.

iii) Go to the Storage section, under Session Storage and Local Storage, right click and click on Clear.

iv) Do a hard refresh with Shift + Ctrl +r on a PC or Shift + fn + r on a Mac and then try to connect wallet again.

If your $NEER is not visible, please check:

1) Check that you have connected the correct wallet that contains your $NEER tokens.

2) Verify if the Polkadot.js browser extension is set to allow use on any chain.
