Integrating BC Spaces with Calendly

1.- Let’s start by copying the link of the space you want to use for your meetings.

The easiest way to get the link is by going to the home page of your metaverse and clicking on the “copy” icon that belongs to the space you want to use for your meetings.

2.- Now that you have copied the URL of your space, go to the settings section of the meeting you want to associate this space with.

3.- Click on the “What event is this?” button to access the specific settings about the events people will book your time for.

4.- Expand the “Add Location” menu:

5.- Select the “Custom” option:

6.- Paste the URL of your space and select whether you want to show the location while they are booking or after they get the confirmation and click on “update”.

7.- Click on Save & Close to confirm the changes.
