# How to Lock/Unlock a Meeting
1. **To initiate a lock on a meeting, simply click the "Lock" button.**
2. **After clicking the lock button, a pop-up bar will appear, presenting two locking options: "Prevent all participants from joining" or "Manually admit participants." Once your preference is selected, click "Continue" to proceed.**
3. **The lock button will turn red, indicating successful meeting locking.**

4. **When a meeting is locked, a notification will prevent another user from entering the meeting.**
5. **In instances where manual approval is required for joining a locked meeting, a notification will indicate that a request to join has been sent to the host.**
6. **As the meeting host, you'll receive a notification displaying a user's request to join.**
