Sell or Transfer an Estate

1) Go to My Wallet -> My Land tab.

2) Use the drop down Metaverse menu and select the Metaverse where the land is located.

To Sell an Estate

a) Click the three white dots at the bottom of the Estate that you want to Sell. Click Sell Estate.

b) Select the method of sale, and enter the starting auction price or buy now price. After confirming the transaction the Estate will be listed for sale on the local Metaverse NFT Marketplace and on the Global NFT Search if the Metaverse owner holds a Global Search Activator pass and has it enabled.

To Transfer an Estate

a) Click the three white dots at the bottom of the Estate that you want to Transfer. Click Transfer Estate.

b) Copy and paste in the receiver's wallet address and click Send.

c) After confirming the transaction the Estate will appear in the receiver's My Wallet under the Land tab.
